Job Description Hiring all positions: Foreman, Assistant Foreman, Turf/Grass Technician, Irrigation Technician, Crew Members Responsibilities include: • Planting, cultivating, pruning, fertilizing trees, shrubs, flowers • Irrigation maintenance • Operating equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, hedgers, and blowers • Paperwork and communication associated with job duties • Learning the art and the business from one of landscape horticulture Qualifications and Knowledge to Gain: • Passion for beautifying properties of all shapes and sizes • Pro-active approach to work, including foresight into potential problems and initiative to solve them creatively • Strong work ethic • Desire to learn all facets of a renowned landscape business • Understanding of plant and flower types and appropriate culture • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, as well as paid overtime during peak seasons • Team-focused approach to work • Professional attitude and appearance • Excellent verbal communication skills • Acute attention to detail • Experience in landscaping and/or horticulture preferred Valid driver’s license required
