We are looking for a reliable, honest Handyman/Handywoman to perform various types of repair services at various commercial locations in and around Charlotte. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities Some of the work we perform includes drywall installation and repair, painting, plumbing, electric, furniture assembly, concrete and masonry work. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in all of these areas, feel free to apply and share what kind of experience you have. Since the amount of work can fluctuate each week, we are looking for someone who is looking to earn some extra income on the side. Pay would be discussed prior to each job, so you can decide if you'd like to accept the job. This would be a good opportunity for an independent contractor. At this time we do not offer any health benefits. Skills/Requirements * Proven experience as handyman/handywoman * Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment * Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems (HVAC experience helpful but not required). * Have own vehicle, Valid DL, hand tools/power tools * Basic math skills * Good communication ability * Well-organized and apt in problem-solving * Attention to detail * Professional appearance and respectful attitude If interested, feel free to send your resume, or a summary of the kind of work you can do, and photos of work you have done if possible.
