NEW MILFORD, CT — A New Milford woman is accused of giving drugs and alcohol to, and having sexual contact with, a 15-year-old boy, the News-Times reported.
Sierra Alves, 35, was arrested on April 7 following a months-long investigation, the newspaper said.
She has been charged with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to child, illegal sexual contact, illegally supplying prescription drugs and providing alcohol to a minor, the News-Times reported.
The boy told police he was smoking weed and drinking with Alves, and said he had sex with her numerous times, according to the arrest warrant affidavit, as reported by the News-Times.
Connecticut law states that a person who "engages in sexual intercourse with another person and such other person is under thirteen years of age and the actor is more than two years older than such person" is guilty of first-degree sexual assault.
Another New Milford woman, 34-year-old Krystal Jones, was also charged this month with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
