NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident is $10,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket she purchased in Ansonia, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Tuesday, Tyronda Singleton claimed a winning "10X Cash 15th Edition" ticket she purchased at Waldis Discount Liquors on Main Street.
The game, which costs $10 per ticket, began in May 2021, and as of Tuesday, 29 grand prizes of $10,000 remained unclaimed.
More than 5.2 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.95.
