Description
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in Huntsville, AL.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm daily.
Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.

$50 monthly fuel/cellphone reimbursement.
Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
