GAITHERSBURG, MD — Authorities said they located the parents of a boy found near Whetstone Elementary School in Gaithersburg around 10 a.m. Tuesday, and the family has been reunited. Montgomery County Police asked the public Tuesday morning to help them find the parents of the boy, who they said is between 2 and 4 years old. This story has been updated.
