As a Maintenance Technician at Rogue Valley Manor, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and help out our other departments in making sure operations run smoothly. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment. We’re a 365/24/7 business – but that doesn't mean you have to be! This position won't have any on-call duties. We’re looking for someone with availability on Wed - Sat 10am - 8:30pm to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests even if they arise after normal business hours. This 4 day work week will allow you to have the work - life balance you deserve!
