OLCC Cannabis Farm -- Help Wanted

We are a Tier II OLCC licensed farm and we are looking for hard working employees to take care of the farm. We start at $18/hour but will gladly bump it up based on performance after a couple weeks. Employees must have an OLCC worker permit/handlers card in order to be considered. Job consists of---- Preparing soil Mixing amendments Wheelbarrowing Pruning and deleafing Training branches Hanging trellis netting onto T Posts Tying up branches (later in summer) Light irrigation duties (daily emitter checking) Weeding Reliability and dedication are the most important aspects we look for. We are looking for the right person to manage/maintain the garden and lead us into harvest. We want motivated people that we can count on and build our team around!
