Press release from the City of Iowa City: April 15, 2022 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's face mask requirement, which pertains to traveling on any public transit vehicles - including Iowa City Transit - to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, has been extended to May 3, 2022. Face masks must be worn at transit stops, including the transit interchange, boarding the bus, riding, and while disembarking.
