Press release from the City of Brentwood: April 19, 2022 When you are spring cleaning, if there are items too large for the regular trash pick-up, you can take them for disposal by the City at the following locations between 8 a.m.-4 p.m.: We cannot accept liquids, sprays, paints, batteries, tires, or chippings. Flammable liquids • Paint of any kind • Fuel • Oil • Anti-freeze • Tires • Medication • Batteries – Automotive, Rechargeable or Alkaline (A's, C, D, 9V) • Yard debris • Explosives • Ammunition • Fire arms of any kind • Propane Tanks • Medical / Biological Waste • CFL Bulbs • Fluorescent Tubes • Pesticides • Herbicides • Fertilizers Appliances • Furniture • Luggage • Lawn Equipment (must be drained of all fluids, i.e.; fuel, oil, etc.) • Tools • Power tools (battery must be detached and all fluids drained if applicable) • Electronics • Computers • Exercise Equipment • Old Toys • File Cabinets Williamson County Recycling Center Visit the expanded facility located in Brentwood Next to Fire Station No. 2 1301 Wilson Pike - 615-790-5848 Open daily 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Williamson County Convenience Centers - Locations They will accept household garbage plus the disposal of brush, metal and construction debris.
