Local Property Management Company is currently hiring an individual to perform labor, construction, and maintenance duties on both apartment and commercial buildings in and around Ypsilanti. The applicant should be reliable, have some knowledge of building maintenance, and have previously worked at an apartment complex or for a property management company. Applicant has experience in: Some employee supervision Some general apartment maintenance General construction labor Apartment turns Apartment trash outs Landscaping Painting Caulking Cleaning Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from multiple job locations within the Ypsilanti area. Position starts at $14/hr to $17/hr., depending on experience, and includes 401K benefits after 90 days of employment.
