Coronavirus: Mansfield Fire Thank Public For PPE Donations

MANSFIELD, MA —The Mansfield Fire Department is thanking both corporate and individual donors who have helped the department keep its personal protection equipment level stocked during the coronavirus health emergency. Mansfield fire said the PPE has been "hard for us to find through our normal supply chain." Mansfield fire said William McKenna, General Manager at Home Depot in Mansfield graciously donated a large amount of PPE. Lacerta Group Inc at 360 Forbes Blvd has donated a large lot of Face shields to both the Mansfield fire and police departments. 'We have also received many generous donations from private citizens of PPE they had on hand at home and wanted to donate," Mansfield fire said. "This is the best example of a community.
