MANSFIELD, MA — Mansfield police are hoping neighborhood security surveillance will help them solve the case of the stained-glass decoration smashing early Tuesday morning. Police said a resident in the Millfarm area awoke about 4 p.m. to a crash near the home and found a stained-glass decoration hanging by her front door that had been knocked to the ground. Police said she reported seeing a man walking across her lawn and two other men walking down Holstein Road. Officer Nikki Newport and Andrew Kelley responded to the area and found damage to multiple mailboxes as they approached Millfarm. Anyone with security footage is asked to check it and notify police if any of the suspects are on the footage. Those with video, or who saw something, are asked to contact Officer Newport at [email protected]. Tips can also be called into her voicemail at 508-261-7300 x61325
