Press release from Portland Fire & Rescue: April 15, 2022 The Portland Fire Investigations Unit (FIU) arrested Lucas Gordon Selix-Segers yesterday for arson. PF&R's Investigators responded to the scene of a car fire in the area of NE 135th & Whitaker Way, they determined that this was intentionally set. They were also able to identify Mr. Selix-Segers as the suspect in this case. Portland Police Officers were able to detain Mr. Selix-Segers and coordinated with the FIU to arrest him. Investigators also tied him to a fire that occurred last August at Maddy's Bar located at 11252 NE Sandy. Lucas Gordon Selix-Segers has been charged with one count of Arson 2 and one count of Arson 1. The FIU is investigating other fires that have occurred in the Parkrose area in the last year.
