POSITION SUMMARY: In a lead capacity, perform and direct the activities of a work crew performing a wide variety of commercial and residential renovation tasks in construction, maintenance and repairs. Operate equipment and ensure safe work practices. Maintain work records and submit related reports as scheduled or requested. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *Equivalent of a high school diploma. *Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers License. *Minimum of six years experience in commercial and/or residential renovation industry, maintenance industry or construction environment including the regular operation of heavy equipment or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties. *Two years of Crew Chief or Lead work experience. *Five years experience with pulling/towing equipment trailers. *Two years of Customer Service experience. *General computer literacy. Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
