I am looking to hire a Professional Lead Concrete Man, must have ability to read Blue Print, measure up Jobs for Sqr. footage to order Aggregate and Concrete if needed to. Must know how to form steps, and all types of flatwork. Must be able to run a crew to complete jobs on time. Need to be able to run a Power Trowel with perfection to lay down a smooth finish if need to. The requirements for hire is being able to Answer (YES) and (NO) to the following expectations, no exceptions made! If I have to explain the YES from The NO’s please don’t apply or inquire about Position. 1.Must have minimum 5 years of supervisor experience and references. 2. Dependable and show up on time. Proof of Valid License and Reliable Transportation. ( not your family or girlfriend dropping you off. Need to be able to get from job to job. 3. No Drugs or Heavy Drinkers Need Apply... I am 12 years clean and sober. I WILL KNOW! 4. NO HANGING OUT ON YOUR CELLPHONE. 5.I AM NOT HIRING YOUR FRIEND BECAUSE THEIR YOUR RIDE TO WORK! You must know how to puddle concrete and have finish experience ( run an edger and Bull float. Lay down edges. If you don’t have this experience, I’m sorry you are not what I am looking for!
