Event Information: May 16-19, 2022 Hours will vary with job assignment Long shifts up to 12 hours Intense and compact event Pittsburgh and Monaca Pennsylvania Sitting, Walking, Standing, Lifting up to 40 pounds Dress code is solid black shirt, pants and shoes Lunch and dinner will be provided Paid breaks 1099 Independent Contractor Position Payment upon gig completion Staff Skill Requirements: Superior customer service skills Outstanding organizational skills Diligence and attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Excellent verbal communication Physical stamina and high energy levels Calm in fast-paced situations Ability to perform under stress Excellent multitasking ability Conflict management skills Strong interpersonal skills High energy levels and enthusiasm Follows written and/or oral instructions Problem solving under pressure Hard working at all times Smiling face and positive attitude Sample Duties Working under the instructions of an Event Manager Ensuring the event spaces are clean and organized Adhering to event safety standards Ensuring excellent levels of customer service Acting independently if needed Bringing materials from site to site Welcoming guests Setting up event spaces as needed Check in event attendees Dispensing useful information to event-goers Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list Packing up materials and equipment when the event is completed Please read the job description carefully to make sure you can commit to and complete the gig over the course of the four days.
