Radici is seeking an individual to join our back of house team! Our focus is sourdough pizza (naturally-leavened, no yeast) made with great ingredients. You’ll be a member of a small team at an independently owned restaurant delivering exceptional customer experiences. You need to be quick on your feet with a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to consistently produce high quality products. No kitchen experience necessary; all employees are thoroughly trained.
Responsibilities:
-Plating salads and desserts
-Prepping and setting up kitchen stations
-Cleaning the kitchen, running the dishwasher, and storing equipment at the end of shift
-Following kitchen operation procedures and ensuring hygiene exceeds food safety standards and regulations
Skills:
-Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
-Trustworthy and responsible
-Patience and customer-oriented approach
-Ability to complete physical aspects of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation (E.g. lifting flour bags, carrying dough trays, loading and unloading dishwasher)
-Attention to cleanliness and safety
