If you have smart hands and a good attitude you can advance to $20/hr. Ten to five pm on weekdays. Start out by cutting the weeds around the apartment property, then rake it up and haul it away to the town burn pile one mile away. Clean the rain gutters. You need your own pickup truck. Then we'll go inside and clean and turn around two apartments. Then we'll paint some rooms and some exterior walls. After that we will vapor blast aluminum motorcycle parts and reassemble two classic motorcycles by the end of summer. Along the way I can show you how people make a million in real estate. To learn all these skills you need to work slow and careful. Think through every step to make sure you understand the job without mistakes. You might need to lift 70-80 pounds. You need to have basic safety training and knowledge of hand tools. It helps to be a good student who can read instruction manuals and drawings.
