SW 30310 Full Interior Renovation (all fixtures/flooring/etc) -47 Howell St. SE 30312 (1/2 duplex house in 4th Ward) -821 Brookline St. SW 30310 -680 Grady Pl. SW 30310 (leased/occupied thru May 31) Partial Interior Renovation (mostly kitchen/bath updating) -670 Brookline St. SW 30310 (leased/occupied thru June 30) -359 Augusta Ave. SE 30315 (all new siding later in Fall; building 2-story garage/dwelling, plan submittal in process) Punch List Work ("almost done" houses) 9050 Pine Tree Cir. Gainesville GA 30506 848 Beecher St. SW 30310 My hope is to quote the outside painting work first via "drive-by" bids on your own schedule. Most the empty houses have lock boxes for inside viewing also, and I may be able to meet in person if timing is right (I live nearby).
