We are looking for a Vinyl/Sign Installer to join our production team. This is a full-time position. This position does not require experience but a mechanical aptitude is necessary. Things you need: - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. This one is a deal-breaker, most of your time will be spent driving. - Be handy with tools because you will be using tools all day every day. - Be comfortable with heights. Most signs are high in the air and will require a ladder. - Problem solver. Every sign is different, some of them are tricky, you will need to think on your feet and figure it out on site. - Be flexible with your hours. This is mostly a 730am to 4 pm job but sometimes we will need you in early or need you to stay late. - Be okay with the heat of the summer. Signs are outside, so is the sun. - Ability to dig holes since many of our installs require installing 4x4 wood posts into the stubborn Arizona ground. - Reliable. You will be a representation of our company so we need you to be attentive, responsible and here every day. This position will be based primarily in the field, traveling to our customers’ locations to install signs, but will occasionally require helping in the shop when time is available. We have a tight schedule and depend on all team members to be on time, hard-working, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
