We are professional commercial & residential general contractors who develop New Construction homes, ADU’s, Additions, full renovations, HOA repairs, etc. We are looking for labors who are efficient in the following - Drywall (Primarily) - Painting (Primarily) - Framing (Basic / Light) - Prehung door installation - Demo - Site clean up MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to work well with others - Must have a team player attitude ATTENDANCE - Must be reliable - Must be on time daily TRANSPORTATION AND TOOLS - Must have personal truck - Must have personal tools - Valid CA Drivers License - Drug-Free Work Zone - Alcohol-Free Work Zone COMPENSATION - D.O.E.
