The cone is because he’s just been fixed. He’s got all his shot and vaccinations. We even got him some canine aspirin for the pain. My fiancé found this dog outside of our sons daycare. It was beaten and scared, but not violent. She ended up calling a shelter to have him picked up. Unfortunately, we didn’t know he’d be put down in 72hrs. So naturally, we felt responsible and had to save him. With all we have going on in our lives it’s not fair for us to keep him. He Really is a good dog. He likes our other dog (female), is patient with the baby 1.5 year old), and seems to be house trained. They said he’s about 2 years old. I haven’t noticed any violent tendencies from him at all. He loves pets and being close to you. He’s very nervous and scared around new people though so don’t push or pull him. Give him time to see that he’s safe, that’s all he needs.
