Universal Impressions is a large gang sheet manufacturer of Screen-Printed transfers. We print using plastisol inks. Spot Colors, CMYK and special effects like Puff ink etc., We are looking for a unique individual to join our team in our screening printing department. Candidates should possess the following attributes: Pay great attention to detail Can adapt to a fast-paced production environment Able to work under pressure Enjoy working in a team setting Press Operator Job Responsibilities: Load and unload screen from machine (Sakurai) Register each color manually Able to register up to 12 colors Must have knowledge of screen making and reclaiming Maintain quality by inspecting each sheet. Start up and shut-down printing presses by removing ink and paper, cleaning squeegees. Maintain clean & tidy workspace Be organized and self-motivated Able to lift 40lbs Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception Effectively communicate with other team members Job Requirements Have a good vision to see print quality, colors, and registration Have a good touch and feel Able to lift 50 lbs. Screen making and reclaiming experience of 1 year preferred Screen printing experience of 1 year preferred Previous experience working with an automatic (Sakurai) Reliable transportation Bilingual Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
