ORANGE, CT — A Shelton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On August 26, Tina Skeete, of Shelton, purchased a $5,000,000 Ultimate ticket from the PR Cigar and Tobacco in Orange and won $10,000.
