Job Description Polar Bear Energy Solutions is seeking a responsible and committed experienced service technician that has a wide variety of skills in; roofing, decking, window install, siding and drywall projects. Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. This individual must provide quality work to complete a variety of projects as services are needed. Essential Functions: *Provide professional customer service and repairs to siding, roofing or gutter installs that require repairs (often involves drywall and paint repairs) * Ability to use ladder while following all OSHA requirements *Documentation of problem and effective communication with project manager about proposed solution *Maintain a well organized, stocked, and clean truck *Maintain and organize warehouse inventory *Provide return and delivery services to field crews *Have strong communication skills with homeowners and Polar Bear management Required Skills: *Must have a valid driver’s license and reasonable driving record *General construction and roofing knowledge/ experience *Industry knowledge and be well versed in safety procedures *Ability to work independently *Strong professional communication skills *Time management and ability to think in terms of critical path and efficacy *Ability to work through conflict, complexities and problems to solve issues *Must be able to email, and use basic smartphone applications *Must have basic tools of the trade We offer competitive wages and benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K Polar Bear is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer For further information please see the company website at polarbearnw.com To apply please respond with resume and cover letter Job Location Mukilteo, Washington, United States Position Type Full-Time - Exempt Employee Salary $25-45 per hour-Based on experience; $1,000 signing bonus after 90 day review Medical Benefits Eligible for company medical/dental/vision benefits program after 60 days of employment.
