Two story building in Northwest Portland needs a handyman for occasional building repairs/maintenance ranging from small quick projects that take an hour or two, up to bigger projects that may take a day or two. Typically, this amounts to 2-6 hours per month. Prefer daytime availability. We are looking for someone with the ability to do a little bit of everything. Must have own tools. Hourly compensation is negotiable.
Skills/experience needed vary but could include:
• Painting/spackling
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Bathroom/kitchen grout and sink repairs including disposals
• Basic electrical repairs
• Replace light fixtures/switches
• Basic carpentry skills
• Door, gate, and door hardware repairs
• Minor roof repairs/silvering
