ABOUT THIS LISTING I have taken over the lease of a studio space at 67 West St and I’m looking for a studio mate! The space is absolutely gorgeous, a big window with a view of the city skyline, brick walls, 24/7 access, freight elevator. I've been in the building for 4 years now and the building is great, there's a coffee shop in the lobby, all the tenants are creatives / artists / small businesses. Myself and the other studio mate are both floral artists, so the space will definitely be floral filled and if you work with flowers in any capacity that would be great! Looking for someone who's easy going, flexible, and wants to make the space super cute and welcoming too! The spot available is about ~140 sq ft and $700 all utilities included. The space available would be closest to the door, but there will be a communal space for taking photos near the window where the communal kitchenette area is too. You'd have half the wall seen in the photos for shelves or storage. Our studio mate was hoping to do open shelving and if that's something you'd be interested in you may be able to expand it to fit the entire wall. (Will be painted white before move in.)
