COMPANY DESCRIPTION Established in 2016 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices in Inglewood, CA. The Brand Pillars is a staffing company that hires and places promotional and merchandising staff for some of the largest retail supermarkets in the US. The Brand Pillars believes that their pillars are people, and embraces their diversity. They are currently in need of Retail Merchandising Representatives, Temporary Reset Team Members, and Overnight Shift Set Team Members. JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: Shelf installment and merchandising work on a scheduled weekly basis in a grocery store environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: C Shift: Mon-Wed, 10pm-7am, Thu-Fri, 8pm-5am (Mondays begin on Sunday night at 10pm) Read. understand, and works with planograms. Training provided. Safely break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to still shop in that aisle Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic Clean-up work area Complete forms and report section completion to retail store and immediate supervisors Can work independently with little supervision Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers Maintain good relationship with store management team and staff Comply with the established guidelines, especially those regarding timeliness, productivity, 
teamwork, communication and clocking in/out guidelines Practice safe lifting Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 18 years of age and legally able to work within the US Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language 
 MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Remain standing for several hours at a time Lift, push or pull 25 lbs. or more Continuously reach up and bend down, kneel, squat, reach in all directions and have unlimited upper and lower body mobility Lift and extend 10-15 lbs. above the head, sometimes repeatedly Have unlimited manual dexterity Tolerate exposure to 0-90 temperatures while dressed adequately.
