We offer:Competitive pay plan!Performance Bonuses!Heated and Air-Conditioned Shop!Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans401(k) savings and retirement planState-of-the-art facilities and excellent working conditions.Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities:Position dolly block against surface of dented area and beat opposite surface to remove dents, using hammerRemove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torchBolt or weld replacement parts in position, using wrenches or welding equipmentStraighten vehicle unibody using electronic frame measuring systemFile, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand toolsUtilize all required safety equipmentKeep personal work area organized Qualifications/Requirements:Experienced preferred but we will train those with basic shop knowledgeI-CAR and Lexus experience a plus!Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environmentExcellent problem-solving skills requiredMust be focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceMust have a high energy level, great organizational skills, good product knowledge and be persistent in achieving great resultsMust be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, have good vision, be able to lift up to 50lbs., and have the ability to walk long distancesValid state driver's licensePlease upload your resume.
