Concrete Patio and Fence Install

Description

Hello I have one place in Hampton that needs to have a white fence installed along the side of the house. In the backyard I also need to have the back of the patio finished and screened off. I would also like to have a ceiling fan installed which would require running an electric line. The house is on a crawl space. The second place I have will require a concrete slab patio installed with a pergola installed to allow for grilling and some shade. I have included a picture of what the finished product should look like for both projects.
