Install outdoor shed bought from Home Depot

I bought an 6ft x 8ft shed from Home Depot. I want to install this on an uneven ground. I want someone to install some kind of foundation and also assemble the whole shed. You have to make sure the shed is not taller than the fence so you have to dig couple inches (not more than as we have water piping underneath). Please see attached pictures.
