I have a basic home studio. use to be in heavy rock bands for several years. I have a family and full time job and those are my main commitments. Not really setting out to making a living off music. Not looking to play a ton of local shows. Just looking to get together occasionally jam on some stuff and write some songs. Maybe play a few covers together to build up some musical chemistry. I listen to and am influenced by most everything. I would say the songs I write fall into American rock, alt rock, blues, country ish type stuff. Black keys, my morning jacket, sturgill Simpson, Steven Wilson, nathenial Ratliff, jd simo, war on drugs, childish gambino are some of my modern favorites. I mainly play guitar and sing but can attempt other instruments at times. 34 male if that matters to anyone.
