Full-time experienced janitor needed at a property management company on the Westside of Chicago. The properties consist of apartment buildings DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Interior - Sweeping - Mopping entry - Wiping windows - Wiping of railings - Detail dusting (up to 10ft) - Clean of Entry door glass Exterior - Removal off all trash from front, back and or side yards - Removal off all trash from basement areas - Keep area around all dumpsters clean Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm Compensation: Up To $600.00 Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to complete requests in a timely manner with good communication.
