Cobalt Real Estate Services is a Commercial Property Maintenance Company looking for EXPERIENCED grounds keeper.
MUST have a pick up truck
required to have valid driver's license, proof of insurance and social security card.
We have multiple properties in and around Austin that we clean the exterior of the properties.
You will be required to drive your own vehicle. Cobalt provides a fuel card for company driving only
Cobalt will pay for oil changes after 3k miles
criminal background and driving check is required for employment.
