My mom's 7 year old female spayed Shih Tzu went missing from Southgate Mobile Estates off Florin And Luther drive. On Sunday April 17th around 9 PM. We believe someone took her from the Mobile home park. She is white and red. There is a large reward for her safe return. My mother is 81 years old and this dog is all she has left after losing my Dad.
