My family and I are on a waitlist for a doodle at the end of the year but started thinking that our new companion may be one that is in need of a new home instead of a puppy. We have spent the last year hosting dogs through Rover, mostly doodles. These dogs make our hearts sing. We have two younger boys and a 10-year-old English Mastiff. The doodle's affection for children is undeniable. We live in the city and are on foot most of the time, usually with a dog in hand. We backpack year-round and camp when there isn't snow on the ground and would love a furry companion for these adventures. I am a stay-at-home mom and wife and have plenty of time to give. I am currently searching any and all rescues and resources available. If you have a doodle/poodle or know someone who does and they need a new home, please do not hesitate to reach out.
