Hello I'm looking for an event videographer with two identical or similar video camcorders/DSLRs with audio. Here is the event information, and specs needed for the recording-- Event: Wednesday, April 27, 2022 - 4:30-6:00PM Location: Princeton, New Jersey Compensation: $500 flat Coverage from 3:00PM to 8:00PM (includes set up and breakdown time) Event raw video recordings need to be delivered digitally via online cloud platform within 48 hours Camera specs: -4K 10bit.mov files, 30fps -Ability to zoom in tight and go wide. 2nd angle needs to be wide at minimum -Continuous recording for approximately 1.5-2 hours -2 tripods with good fluid heads Audio needs: -1 Wireless lav mic for a presenter -1 shotgun mic -Comfort with placing lav mic on high profile presenters (Preference to those who always bring back ups!) Delivery via cloud platform within 48hours. No editing required. For consideration, please supply the following: -Sample event videos you've recorded -Gear list (cams, audio, tripods, recording media, backup equipment) -Plan on how you'll deliver -Reliable transportation choice (Car you'll be using, parking will be provided) -Also, I'd like to meet over Zoom so please list times these next few days you're available to chat and go over details.
