Our Customer Service and Warehouse Operations team is seeking a Warehouse and Returns specialist. This role will be a hybrid of testing and refurbishing returned Consumer Electronic Devices (Cell Phones, Tablets, Watches, Smart Kitchen Devices) and assisting with general warehouse and customer service tasks such as order fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, Test, and Process customer returns.
Update returns status information based on test results.
Cycle counts to ensure all inventory is accurate
Pick and Ship orders as required.
DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
1 year of Customer Service experience or 1 year in a role related to returns management or warehouse fulfillment. (Not required - we can and will train you!)
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable with Google Workspace.
Experience using WMS/Fulfillment Software.
Experience with CRM Platforms, such as Zendesk.
Familiarity with Mobile Devices or Consumer Electronics. Prior experience with repair or troubleshooting of devices desired but not required.
Experience with Forklifts, Pallet Jacks and Cart Tuggers is a huge plus.
