In need of an experienced and dependable carpenter or laborer to join our awesome team. We build modular homes, as well as residential and commercial work. See general duties below: · Maintaining daily logs – recording daily progress and events that affect the projects, take progress pictures and record any issues that may occur. · Communication with serenity employees, officers, and subcontractors. · Works in a team environment to complete projects providing leadership, assistance, and hands on help with all work associated with the projects. · Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards · Load or unload building materials to be used in construction · Operate and tend equipment and machinery used on job-sites · Follow construction plans and direction from management and clients · Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients · Install structures and fixtures · Measure, cut, shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials · General layout knowledge of wall studs, floor joists, and doorframes · Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures · Demo existing structures to allow for the erection of new structures'
