I am seeking a competent and insured bathroom remodeling team who can fully install a walk in tub. The team must be able to transport the tub and installation materials to the worksite, have general liability and workers compensation insurance, and the skills to complete the demo, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work on this project. The scope of work includes: Pick up the new tub and materials Removing the old tub, Alter 1 interior door to get the tub into the bathroom and retrim the door running (2) 20 amp home run lines from the electrical panel to the tub location Connect 2” drain and trap Install deck mount shower valve Secure tub and tub filler panels Install solid surface wall panels around new tub The labor budget for this project is $1700, all materials and installation supplies will be provided.
