Description
Free to good home.
Mycroft was born in May 2017. He's neutered and has all his claws. He is an indoor cat.
He's been in our family since he was a kitten, and it is with a heavy heart that we are looking for a new home for him. Mycroft needs to be in a quiet, stress-free environment.
Mycroft is very laid back. He likes to relax on his own in front of a window most of the day. He will occasionally look for snuggles, and will accept affection if you offer it. He is a gentle guy who has great grooming and scratching post habits. Unfortunately, somewhere between us moving, having two children and getting another cat, Mycroft started hiding away from the kids and peeing in the house. He used to have impeccable litter box habits. I believe his marking is due to stress. While he gets along with our other cat and dog wonderfully, he dislikes the uncertainty kids bring into his life.
We have never had issues with biting, scratching, climbing, or other troublesome cat behaviors besides his foray into going outside of his litterbox. His first 3.5 years of life, Mycroft used his litterbox appropriately. With the right home, I believe he will be happy to use his box again.
Mycroft has a wonderful personality and will make a great addition to any quiet, established household.
