Feed and Shop Manager at Dairy Farm

Seeking a full time person to fill the feed manager and shop manager position at our dairy. Main duties will include mixing feed for 550 cows and heifers each morning, managing feed inventories, mixing feed according to recipes, perform maintenance on equipment. Other duties can include are machinery repairs on all equipment, assist team during planting and harvest seasons, preform maintenance and repairs on buildings and odds and ends around the farm. The ability to drive a wide variety of equipment and to be ability to work with a team of people to achieve common goals are necessary for this position. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 4:30am-4:30pm plus an every other week rotation. Pay is based on experience and skill level. We look forward to meeting with you!
