As a fast-growing, full-service landscape company located in Columbus, OH, we are interviewing for our commercial and residential mowing for the 2022 season. Outdoor Makeovers is seeking self-motivated, hard-working individuals to fill these positions. Look at what we have to offer you! * Salary* ranges between $21,000 - $36,000 * Salary paid by direct deposit weekly. You will be paid the same every week, no more guessing on your paycheck. * Sign on bonus! * Work weeks consist of 40 hours. No weekend hours. We work M-Th; Friday's are make up day if it rains during the week. Most weeks you will enjoy a 3 day weekend! * Monthly bonuses. * Paid uniform. * For the crew leader position, you must have a valid driver’s license, can be insured by the company, and pass a background check. For all other positions you must pass a background check. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.(occasionally), perform repetitive motions, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. With our rapid growth, advancement opportunities are available for motivated individuals. Mowers: If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outside and can physically complete assigned properties, we are looking for you. Mowing, leaf blowing and trimming experience and ability to drive a truck with a trailer is preferred. Job Details: Pay: $680.00- $1000.00 per week Schedule: Monday- Thursday 10 hour shifts Benefits: * Signing bonus * Bonus pay * Salary is based on March 15, 2022 to December 16, 2022. Salary will change depending on start and finish date.
