Looking for Off-Duty Firefighter to do Rental Home Inspections

Hello, I own about 40 properties in the downtown / Five Points / USC area and am seeking an off-duty firefighter to verify my smoke detectors are working properly and fire extinguishers are up to date on my properties. All of my properties are w/in 3 miles of one another, many on the same street, and could be completed in 1 day. Looking to do this 2-3 times per year, preferably this year and in the future. Should take only take a day or so and am willing to pay a good price. Maybe $15-20/house? Easy way to make $600-$800 in day. Seeking active or retired firefighters, only please.
