Hiring For: Night Clubs, Stores, Buildings, Hotels, Concerts, Beach Clubs, Lounges, Person Protection Escorts, Businesses, Warehouses and More… What Responsibilities Will Be Expected from each Security Subcontractor? ~Start with Pay: You’ll receive 100% of your contracted rate Bi-Weekly (Usually Pay Periods Are Around The 1st and 15th of the Month). ~You’ll be responsible for: Security Clothing (Including Footwear), Generic Security Shirt, Winter Security Jacket (We Will Supply Company Shirts At Certain Venues), Reliable Transportation, Keeping Your Cell Phone Active & Charged. ~CREW APP: Once all qualifications are completed including your background check, will then send you an invite link to join our team. On this “App” you will be able to view what jobs are available including the pay rates, times, days and specific details requested to know ahead & be prepared for. Hourly Rates: Armed: $25 per hr. / Unarmed / Bouncers $20 (Some Black Suite Request Pay $25 per hr.) Bilingual (Portuguese & Spanish a Plus) Interested in becoming armed? Qualifying candidate MUST start with sending in: Valid: SORA License (NO TEMPS), Driver’s License (Once Your Hired Additional Forms Will Be Required to Be Completed) ALL GUARDS: ~Punctual: All Our Guards Arrive Early (Without us even asking) ~Dependable: You’ll Be On Probations for The 1st Year, Earn Our Trust and You’ll Be Rewarded In Many Ways. ~Willing and able to conduct foot tours: Being on your feet long periods of time will be a part of 90% of the jobs we offer. ~Must be able to work alone: Some of our accounts have one guard rotations, being alone takes personal standards, self-confidence and self-trust. ~Must be detailed oriented: No Rocket Sciences But COMMON SENSE! At certain venues you’ll be communicating through your cell phones HOWEVER at certain venues you’ll be fired on the spot for using your phone.
