POSITION: HVAC Apprentice JOB TYPE: Full-Time SALARY: Pay is based on experience LOCATION: Broken Arrow, OK SCHEDULE: 30-40 Hours Weekly REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-YR HVAC Experience (Preferred) • Drug free and a clean background report • GED or High School or Equivalent • Current and valid Driver License • Dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, great listener, punctual, and efficient - to name a few. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and ambitious individual. On-the-job training and practical experience will be provided along with general supervision. A variety of functions are required but not limited to duties and responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with servicing units such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant, changing filters, and checking controls and other duties as directed. • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short notice (if needed/be flexible). • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, reach, and work in confined attic spaces or roof tops. • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45+ pounds, and push and pull objects as required. • Work at least 30+ hours per week, and overtime as required. • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. • Please have some tools of your own and be familiar with all tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance duties. • Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions of the HVAC trade. • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT: • Work is routinely performed in inside and outside conditions. • Must be able to withstand extreme outdoor temperatures (summer/winter). • Must be physically able to wear dust mask and face protection.
