Room comes with PA, drum kit, amps, AC and separate storage area for each share. Clean, smoke-free. Freight elevator for load out/in. The other musicians in the room are all long-timers, respectful and responsible. One or two blocked out nights per week are available, from 6pm to midnight (or later). She was gifted to me for Christmas in 2020 and I am moving and can’t take her with me. I’ll include her tank, heating pad, two small rock hides (she loves them both) a water dish, a tree branch she uses. I can even throw in feeding tongs and a snake hook and if you want the black shelves she’s on you can have those too. I think I also have some pinkies left over. I would like to start renting out my two sound systems. Looking to pair up with a band/duo or with or a club/bar that needs a system on a regular basis. I have one system with mains/subs- 4 monitors and a smaller powered mixer system with mains and 2 monitors. Running Audix mics. I'll come set it up and help run sound check.
