Handyman experience and property maintenance a must. Experience with beach houses and condos a plus. Job candidate must live on or near Carolina Beach. Neat appearance, and good with people. Our guests are happy families spending a week at the beach. PT to FT acceptable. Responsible for after hours calls during summer rental season at least one week/month. Drive our company vehicle during service calls. If candidate elects FT, benefits available. Background Check required.
