NORWICH, CT — Police are investigating a car vs. pedestrian crash that occurred near 281 Norwich Ave. at 6:20 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle likely fled traveling southbound on Norwich Avenue toward Greenville, according to a police statement. The victim suffered several broken bones and a serious leg injury. The victim was unable to provide a description of the vehicle and there were no witnesses at the scene.
